- 1+ year overall experience, OR
- Fresher with CCNA Certification
Role & responsibilities
- Handle international voice calls for telecom network support.
- Provide basic network troubleshooting and issue logging.
- Resolve L1-level queries and escalate when needed.
- Maintain call quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Preferred candidate profile
- Exposure to network devices: Routers, Switches, Load Balancers, Firewalls
- Understanding of routing protocols (BGP)
- Basic networking knowledge / CCNA preferred.
- Comfortable with US/Night shifts and Work From Office.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and take responsibility.
- Strong communication skills (International Voice experience preferred).
- Excellent listening, speaking, analytical & multitasking abilities.
