Associate (Telecom Network Support) - HR Radha

Experience

• 1+ year overall experience, OR
• Fresher with CCNA Certification

Role & responsibilities

• Handle international voice calls for telecom network support.
• Provide basic network troubleshooting and issue logging.
• Resolve L1-level queries and escalate when needed.
• Maintain call quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

• Exposure to network devices: Routers, Switches, Load Balancers, Firewalls
• Understanding of routing protocols (BGP)
• Basic networking knowledge / CCNA preferred.
• Comfortable with US/Night shifts and Work From Office.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and take responsibility.
• Strong communication skills (International Voice experience preferred).
• Excellent listening, speaking, analytical & multitasking abilities.
