Home Care Attendant Position Available

Support individuals in need by becoming a Home Care Attendant at Southern Health-Santé Sud. This role involves delivering compassionate care in a community-centered environment.

Ideal candidates will already have a Grade 12 education along with a Home Care Attendant Certificate or Health Care Aide Certificate. Experience with the elderly or disabled is preferred. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personal care to individuals in their homes
• Aid with daily living activities and needs
• Follow proper food safety protocols
• Safeguard client information confidentiality
• Travel as necessary between facilities

Requirements

• Must have Grade 12 education
• Home Care Attendant Certificate or approved equivalent
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and vehicle insurance
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Maintain a strong work attendance record
