Backend Developer

As a Generative AI / Backend Developer, you will play a key role in building and scaling backend systems that integrate generative AI models into cutting-edge cybersecurity workflows. This is a highly innovative position focused on emerging technologies, academic research alignment, and shaping a new category of AI-driven security engineering.
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (Go, TypeScript, Python, etc.)
- Experience working with databases and storage technologies (SQL, NoSQL, graph)
- Familiarity with containerized deployments across cloud, on-prem, or local environments
- Exposure to major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Excellent English communication skills
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in startup environments, takes ownership, and enjoys building from the ground up. You will also bring:
- A desire to own and influence backend architecture decisions
- Experience developing SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with generative AI models and APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source weights, etc.)
- Understanding of application security fundamentals
- Experience working with machine learning systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
