Responsibilities

• Greet guests, visitors, and residents warmly, providing a positive first impression at all times
• Assist with guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person, delivering clear and friendly communication
• Coordinate various requests such as reservations, maintenance request, parking passes, etc.
• Manage front desk operations efficiently, including questions, package receipt and delivery.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations or resident concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold high service standards

Skills

• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively
• Previous front desk or hotel experience enhances your ability to anticipate resdient's needs and deliver exceptional service
• Bilingual skills are a strong asset for communicating with a wider range of guests
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of hospitality operations, including front desk procedures and resident relations
• Professional phone etiquette for handling inquiries smoothly

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
