Become a pivotal Systems Administrator, specializing in scheduling and report generation. This role requires keen problem-solving abilities and collaborative skills in a healthcare setting to optimize system performance.
Reporting to the Manager of Scheduling Services, you will support the analysis, configuration, and maintenance of a key scheduling system. Key responsibilities include training staff, troubleshooting system errors, and facilitating seamless upgrades. Your expertise will ensure high-quality reporting and accuracy of scheduling data while participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage configuration of scheduling system and reports
- Assist in creating standard reports for user needs
- Ensure accuracy of scheduling data through monitoring
- Work with IT to tackle technical issues
- Document procedures that reflect scheduling services processes
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in IT or related field required
- 2 years relevant experience in system administration required
- Experience with UKG Dimensions a must
- Knowledge of HR policies and union environments preferred
- Strong interpersonal and organizational capabilities required
