Role Over view -

We are looking for a client-facing, growth-driven professional who has hands-on experience working in a creative or a marketing agency.

As a Senior Account Manager – Client Servicing & Growth, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible not just for servicing accounts but also for driving client retention, building long-term relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to new business acquisition.

This role requires someone who is confident in direct client interactions, pitching ideas, managing expectations, and ensuring delivery excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILTES -

• Serve as the main client-facing lead, managing day-to-day communication and expectations
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Ensure high client retention through proactive servicing and problem-solving
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts (upselling & cross-selling services)
• Lead or support client pitches, presentations, and proposal discussions
• Contribute to new business development through referrals, networking, and strategic pitching
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, performance marketing) to ensure smooth project execution
• Ensure timely delivery and quality control of all client deliverables
• Understand client business goals and translate them into effective creative and marketing strategies
• Handle escalations, feedback, and ensure overall client satisfaction
• What We’re Looking For (Key Highlights)
• 3–8 years of experience in a creative/digital marketing agency (mandatory)
• Proven experience in direct client handling and client-facing roles
• Strong track record in client retention and relationship management
• Experience in pitching ideas and presenting to clients confidently
• Ability to drive account growth and bring in new business opportunities
• Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and creative workflows
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Preferred Qualifications -
• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Experience working with multiple brands/accounts simultaneously
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
