Job Summary

We are looking for a **Systems Engineer II** to join our Systems Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying product updates, troubleshooting production issues, and implementing integrations to meet internal and customer requirements. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and ensuring high system availability, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Implement integrations requested by internal teams and customersProvide **Level 2 technical support** for internal teamsBuild tools and automation to reduce errors and improve customer experiencePerform **root cause analysis** for production incidentsInvestigate and resolve technical issues and deploy updates and fixesDevelop scripts to automate operational and monitoring processesDesign and implement procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenanceEnsure system performance, high availability, and scalabilityWork in a **24/7 support environment with versatile shifts**

Required Qualifications

• *5 to 8 years of experience** in Systems Engineering / Production Support / DevOps rolesBachelors degree in **B.E / B.Tech / BCA / MCA or equivalent**Strong technical background in systems and infrastructure management

Required Technical Skills

• *Linux Operating System****SQL Queries****Web Servers:** Apache / Nginx**Monitoring Tools:** Nagios, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus**Automation:** Ansible, Shell Scripting**Message Brokers:** RabbitMQ / Solace**Version Control & CI/CD:** SVN, Jenkins**APIs:** REST and SOAP**Networking Fundamentals****Application Security Patching****High Availability, Performance, and Scalability management**
