Sr. Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end experience strategy for a core product area. This is a design ownership role inside a cross-functional team, partnering closely with product and engineering to frame problems, validate solutions quickly, and ensure what we build is usable, feasible, and scalable.

Core Functions

• Lead Product Design across key product areas, from concept through shipped feature
• Design across channels: browser, tablet, and mobile-first experiences
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate findings into actionable design improvements
• Build and maintain interaction pattern libraries and design systems
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that communicate design intent clearly
• Drive improvements in onboarding, feature discovery, and accessibility (ADA compliance)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver consistent, intuitive experiences
• Champion user-centered design across the organization

Position Requirements

• 5+ years of UX/Product Design experience in B2B software or SaaS industry environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating process, not just pretty screens
• Expertise in user-centered design methodologies and interaction design
• Proficiency with design tools, including Figma and Adobe Suite as well as incorporating Ai into the design process
• Solid understanding of information architecture, responsive design, and mobile-first principles
• An agile mindset; you iterate fast, take feedback well, and don't let perfect be the enemy of shipped
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, you can sell a design decision as well as you can make one
• Bonus: Hands-on with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools (for example, Cursor or Claude Code) to explore ideas quickly and validate workflows with lightweight prototypes.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. This position does not offer employer-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. This role requires the ability to begin work within approximately 1–2 weeks of offer acceptance and to be available for regular in-office collaboration. This position's anticipated base salary range is 107,000 to 143,000. Final compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and location. Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are in-office days at our corporate office in Bolingbrook, IL.
