Role Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. This role plays a key part in ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time while maintaining warehouse cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately log incoming shipments and materials.
- Pick, pack, and label products as per order requirements.
- Ensure timely dispatch of customer and internal orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, trolleys, or forklifts (if certified).
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist in cycle counting and inventory audits.
- Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure proper handling of goods.
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams for smooth daily operations.
- Assist in loading and unloading of trucks and goods movement within the warehouse.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or Graduate with 02 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory-related role
- Basic knowledge of inventory systems and handheld scanners (preferred)
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual lifting and standing for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
- Team player with good communication and time-management skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required
