Job Discription - Area Manager l Manage and supervise the operations of multiple QSR outlets in the assigned areaEnsure consistent implementation of company policies, SOPs, and brand standards l Drive sales growth, profitability, and cost control across all stores l Monitor key performance indicators (KPI) such as sales, food cost, labor cost, and customer satisfaction l Recruit, train, coach, and develop Store Managers and team members l Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety (FSSAI compliance)

l Handle customer escalations and ensure excellent guest experience l Coordinate with central teams (HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance)

l Conduct regular store audits and performance reviews l Prepare and submit periodic reports to senior management Role & responsibilities
