- Review, verify, and ensure accuracy of loan documentation and files
- Adhere to NHB/RBI guidelines, company policy, and lending guidelines
- Coordinate with all departments for document verification, pendency clearance, and case closure
- Ensure timely payment release
- Verify Business/Salaries FI, Residence FI, RCU, Aadhar verification, Technical and legal search reports
- Analyze other relevant reports
- Create disbursal cases for CKYC and CERSAI
- Have basic knowledge of banking operations and MS Office
