Processing Coordinator - Remote

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, our at-home Insurance Processors key responsibility is to provide processing support to our branches by identifying and implementing best practices for administrative tasks.

Here Is What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Invoice Insurance transactions (measured by pace per hour)
• Review electronic files for accuracy and completion
• Data entry for client files
• Maintain speed and accuracy requirements
• Meet and or exceed data entry daily Pace targets
• Follow up on activities as assigned

The value you bring

• General Level 1 Insurance License
• Prior experience in the Insurance Industry is an asset
• Proficient computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple computer programs at once
• Working experience with EPIC is an asset
• Hard Wired - High Speed Internet in a dedicated workspace is essential

Role Details

• Hours/Duration: Full-time 37.5 Hours / week
• Monday - Friday schedule with core hours shifting between 8-4 or 9-5 in your time zone
• Saturday-Sunday schedule (dependent on the needs of the business)
• Location: Remote options available across Canada
• Company computer, monitors, keyboard, and mouse are all provided
• Our Customer Enablement Team is required to submit time off requests within our vacation allocation standards to support proper staffing.
