Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Responsable aux opérations clients (ROC) pour rejoindre notre équipe finance.
Responsabilités
- Créer et maintenir les fiches client;
- Créer les projets dans Workday;
- Collaborer avec le directeur de projet pour assurer le bon montage du projet (au besoin, affecter les resources, ouvrir les lignes de CRA, valider les dates de début et de fin, etc.);
- Supporter les collaborateurs opérationnels et commerciaux dans la transmission des données de Salesforce CPQ vers Workday;
- Valider l'exhaustivité des temps et relancer les temps manquants pour la facturation - pour les pigistes. En collaboration avec la comptabilité;
- Créer les contrats clients dans Workday;
- Au besoin, affecter les taux coûtants et vendants des pigistes aux projets;
- Effectuer toutes les activités de facturation;
- Effectuer les activités de suivi des comptes clients et de recouvrement;
- Réconcilier de façon quantitative et qualitative les encours mensuellement;
- Assurer l'exhaustivité de la documentation client en lien avec le projet (PO, contrat, SOW approuvé, ainsi que bien archivé).
Qualifications
- Baccalauréat ou DEC technique en commerce ou comptabilité;
- 2 à 5 années d'expérience dans un rôle similaire;
- Expérience avec SalesForce et/ou Workday est un atout très appréciable;
- Connaissance de l'industrie des services;
- Excellente communication en français et en anglais. L'anglais est requis le poste demandant de communiquer avec des clients situés à l'extérieur du Québec.
