Office Administrator - Operations Manager (m/w/d)

wenglor sensoric Canada Inc. in Mississauga

As the Office Administrator, you will be the key point of contact to run all office operations of our Canadian wenglor subsidiary. Your role will combine processes in general administration, finance, logistics, human resources and inside sales.

Responsibilities

• Direct all operational aspects in the field of Office Management and Administration with focus on customer service, logistics and sales support
• Coordination of accounts receivables as well as correspondence to external service provider
• Analysis and organization of office operations and procedures following the continuous improvement principle
• Collaboration with teams locally as well as with the headquarters in Germany
• Ensure compliance with all requirements and direct reporting to headquarters in Germany

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in office operations
• Excellent communication, administration and organizational skills
• Demonstrate problem solving, collaboration and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and result driven
• Strong knowledge of or background in finance and accounting
• Knowledge of Sage or comparable ERP software
