Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Customer Service Manager.

The Customer Service

Manager will oversee daily operations of the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include managing customer inquiries and complaints, streamlining support processes, implementing strategies to enhance customer experience, and mentoring team members to achieve excellence in customer service delivery. Additionally, the manager will monitor performance and recommend improvements to meet organizational goals effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Customer Service Management, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess customer service metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Exceptional Communication skills for effective interaction with clients, teams, and stakeholders
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve performance targets and provide top-tier customer experiences
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and customer support systems is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience within the home solutions or textiles industry is preferred
