About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Marketing Consultant on the Paid Media Center of Excellence team. The Paid Media Center of Excellence team focuses on enabling the Advertising Technology stack and paid media operations for the firm. In this role you will have a broad focus to develop strategic roadmaps for powering paid media across all channels including Digital, Social, TV, Audio etc.

In this role, you will:

  • Cultivate relationships with the Line of Business marketers to understand their business requirements and evangelize testing new media solutions.
  • Lead the Enterprise Brand Safety Program across all paid media channels with internal and external partners.
  • Research new features and aspects of current solutions and evaluate them for Wells Fargo's paid media business needs
  • Pressure testing current state solutions for future readiness for data loss and AI driven changes
  • Support the front-line activities for managing risk across third party advertising algorithms for paid media
  • Where applicable lead the internal third party contractual and risk responsibilities for vendors in scope
  • Support the risk and control activities associated with the Enterprise Paid Media functions.
  • Support the enablement of paid media audiences for targeting.
  • Lead and participate in complex initiatives including those that are cross-functional with broad impact, and act as key participation in large-scale planning for the marketing area
  • Analyze and interpret trends to ensure adherence to legal, compliance, privacy regulations and policies related to marketing
  • Collaborate and consult with cross enterprise, cross lines of business, vendor relationships and cross functional resources on highly complex initiatives to achieve marketing deliverables
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals cross enterprise, cross lines of business, vendor relationships, and cross-functional resources on highly complex initiatives to achieve marketing deliverables

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in social media (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn) and programmatic media buying platforms (Google DV360, Trade Desk, Amazon Yahoo)
  • Experience in audience targeting platforms (Adobe Experience Platform, LiveRamp)
  • Experience or proficiency in paid media brand safety and third-party verification partners (Integral Ad Science
  • Ability to achieve objectives requiring a high level of cooperation from cross-functional partners in other teams - LOB marketing, marketing operations/execution, digital product, technology, data management, and data science/modeling
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and create a pioneering playbook for others to follow rather than following rote steps
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present complex concepts into simplified solutions in a straightforward and understandable manner to multiple stakeholders, including senior leaders
  • Project management skills: strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills to drive marketing initiatives. executions through multiple stage gates to launch

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$100,000.00 - $196,000.00
