The world's first AI author and publisher launchpad is looking for its first Project Manager. You'll own the entire platform — strategy, team, P&L, and product — and report directly to the Founder.

This is not a task-manager role. This is a builder role.

What You'll Own

• Full platform roadmap across 7 workstreams: website, content, author acquisition, publisher partnerships, podcast & media, events, and P&L
• P&L ownership — budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and hitting revenue targets
• Distributed team management: content contributors, tech vendors, podcast team, community managers
• Website launch (firsteditionbooks.ai) — vendor selection through go-live and ongoing iteration
• 50+ publisher partner relationships: onboarding, tier management, enterprise book bundle pipeline
• Author acquisition funnel: synopsis review workflow, 48-hour response SLA, publisher matchmaking
• Weekly performance dashboards and bi-weekly strategy reviews with the Founder

✅ Who You Are

• 7–10 years in project or program management — at least 3 years owning a P&L or revenue target
• Background in media, publishing, digital platforms, or content-driven businesses strongly preferred
• Proven experience building 0→1 platforms — not just running existing ones
• Comfortable with full ownership and direct Founder accountability — no bureaucracy, no layers
• Entrepreneurial mindset: you define structure where none exists and move fast with good judgment
• Familiarity with AI/ML industry, publishing landscape, or nonprofit sector is a genuine advantage
• Tools: Zoho, , ConvertKit/Mailchimp, Excel P&L modelling
