Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally via calls, emails, or chat.

2. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and efficient manner.

3. Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and processes.

4. Resolve customer issues while ensuring a positive customer experience and high satisfaction levels.

5. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

6. Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and service expectations are met.

7. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.

8. Meet assigned performance metrics, quality standards, and customer satisfaction targets.

9. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving.

10. Stay updated on company products, services, and process changes to provide the best customer support.
