Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer Instructor to teach a 6- or 12-week, full-time immersive AI Engineer bootcamp focused on building end-to-end, production-ready AI systems. The program covers the full AI lifecycle—from data preparation and classical machine learning to deep learning, MLOps, and modern LLM-based systems (RAG and agents).
This role is open to both in-person and remote instructors.
For in-person delivery, instructors must be available to travel to Saudi Arabia for an initial 3-month engagement, with the possibility of extension to 9–12 months or longer.
What You Will Teach
You will guide learners through a capstone-driven curriculum that includes:
- Python programming and ML fundamentals (baseline alignment)
- Data understanding, cleaning, feature engineering, and EDA
- Classical machine learning training, evaluation, and explainability
- Deep learning fundamentals, architectures, and inference pipelines
- Model deployment patterns and MLOps foundations
- CI/CD, monitoring, drift detection, and retraining strategies
- Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, and basic agent workflows
- LLMOps concepts including evaluation, cost, and latency control
- End-to-end AI system design, optimization, and demo delivery
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver live instruction (in-person or remote) for a full-time, 6-week bootcamp
- Lead hands-on labs, model walkthroughs, and daily build sprints
- Mentor students through weekly capstone milestones and checkpoints
- Review ML/DL/LLM code and provide clear, practical feedback
- Teach students how to reason about tradeoffs (performance vs explainability, cost vs latency, ML vs DL vs LLM)
- Guide learners in deploying, monitoring, and operating AI systems
- Support content refinement and curriculum development
- Collaborate with program staff on assessments, learner progress, and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience across the AI stack, including:
- Python for data and ML
- Classical ML (regression, classification, clustering)
- Deep learning (training and inference)
- Model deployment and MLOps concepts
- Practical experience with LLMs, including RAG and/or agent workflows
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Bootcamp teaching experience or equivalent (intensive training, corporate upskilling, workshops, or mentoring)
- Demonstrated content development experience (curriculum, labs, assignments, or technical learning materials)
- Ability to mentor students through end-to-end capstone projects
- GitHub profile required (please include a link showcasing relevant work)
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Experience teaching production ML or MLOps
- Familiarity with LLM evaluation and LLMOps practices
- Experience mentoring real-world or client-based AI projects
- Prior experience teaching in accelerated or immersive programs
- Experience working with government, enterprise, or international cohorts
Location & Commitment
- Remote or In-Person
- In-person role requires travel to Saudi Arabia for 3 months
- Extension possible to 9–12 months or longer based on program needs and performance
- Full-time teaching commitment during bootcamp delivery
Why Join Us
- Teach a comprehensive, production-oriented AI engineering curriculum
