Job Description
We are looking for a highly intelligent, proactive, and solution-driven professional who can take ownership of complex business challenges across operations, e-commerce, and international trade. This role requires a “figure-it-out” mindset — someone who can handle anything thrown at them and deliver results efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solve day-to-day and strategic business problems across departments
- Manage and optimize e-commerce operations (Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
- Handle import-export processes, vendor coordination, and logistics
- Lead and supervise teams (warehouse, floor staff, operations)
- Act as a floor manager when required to ensure smooth execution
- Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
- Coordinate between different departments
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
- Handle urgent issues and provide quick, practical solutions
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Experience in e-commerce business (must-have)
- Knowledge of import/export & international logistics
- Experience managing teams and handling operations/floor staff
- Ability to work under pressure and take independent decisions
- “Get things done” attitude with ownership mindset
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
Preferred Experience:
- 4–5 years in operations / e-commerce / business management
- Experience in apparel or retail industry is a plus
- Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, ERP systems
- Prior experience as Floor Manager / Operations Manager is highly preferred

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
