Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh for a Tamil-Speaking-Writing Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Lawyer / Case Manager. The ODR Case Manager will be responsible for managing arbitrations and mediations that Webnyay handles as an ODR Institution, facilitating communication between parties, and utilizing technology for efficient dispute resolution. This role is located in Delhi NCR (Noida) region.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tamil and English, both written and spoken
• Strong legal drafting, analysis, and interpretation skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of online dispute resolution (ODR), Arbitration law and Mediation
• Legal background and understanding of legal processes
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in mediation or arbitration is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Minimum of 1 year professional experience
