Pharmacy Technician (Nagpur)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Business Executive to manage communication with USA-based clients, coordinate product sourcing through supplier platforms, and support international business development. The ideal candidate must have strong pharmaceutical or nutraceutical knowledge, excellent spoken and written English skills, and experience handling overseas clients professionally.

Key Responsibilities-

• Communicate with USA-based clients via email, calls, and online meetings.
• Understand client requirements related to pharmaceutical or skincare products.
• Provide product information, quotations, documentation, and updates professionally.
• Maintain strong long-term relationships with international clients.
• Handle client inquiries, negotiations, and follow-ups efficiently.

Product Sourcing & Vendor Coordination

• Source pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and packaging products from Alibaba and verified suppliers.
• Compare suppliers based on price, quality, certifications, and lead time.
• Coordinate with manufacturers for samples, pricing, and production timelines.
• Verify compliance documents such as COA, GMP, FDA-related documentation where required.
• Ensure sourcing meets client specifications and regulatory expectations.

Documentation & Operations

• Prepare product specifications, quotations, and purchase documentation.
• Coordinate between suppliers, logistics teams, and clients.
• Maintain records of sourcing data, supplier communication, and order status.
• Assist in export-related documentation if required.

Market & Product Research

• Research trending pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products in the USA market.
• Identify cost-effective sourcing opportunities.
• Support new product development based on market demand.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Pharmacy
• 2+ years experience in pharmaceutical or supplement industry preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory).
• Experience handling international or USA clients preferred.
• Robust experience in Alibaba sourcing or international vendor management.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical or dietary supplement documentation is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a startup or fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of FDA, GMP, or international compliance standards.
• Experience with private label or contract manufacturing.
• Understanding of export processes and international trade.
