We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative and accounting tasks to ensure smooth office operations. The Office

Administrator will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting payroll processes, and managing day-to-day administrative functions.

Duties

  • Manage and maintain accounting records using software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy
  • Assist with account analysis and budgeting activities
  • Process payroll and ensure timely payments to employees
  • Maintain organized bookkeeping records and documentation
  • Support financial reporting and prepare reports as needed
  • Handle general administrative duties including correspondence, filing, and scheduling
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

Experience

  • Proven experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
  • Strong background in bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation
  • Experience in payroll processing and understanding of payroll systems
  • Knowledge of account analysis, bank reconciliation, and budgeting processes
  • Prior administrative experience is preferred but not required; strong organizational skills are essential
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
