Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person apartment showings for prospective tenants throughout Manchester, NH
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via email, phone calls, and online listings
• Follow up with voicemails, leads, and prospective tenants to schedule showings and maintain engagement
• Maintain organized tracking of leads and follow-up communication
• Assist with basic marketing efforts, including listing updates and social media posting
• Help generate interest in available units through creative and consistent online presence
• Represent the property professionally during all tenant interactions
• Support overall leasing efforts to maintain high occupancy rates

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule
• Reliable, organized, and responsive to leads and follow-ups
• Basic computer skills (email, CRM tools, social media platforms)
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be able to travel locally within Manchester, NH for apartment showings
