About the job
We are looking for a Customer Sales & Support Executive who is equal parts warm host and smart salesperson. You will be the first voice our guests hear turning enquiries into bookings and ensuring every interaction reflects the Waterrock promise.
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION IN ENGLISH IS A MUST!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer enquiries across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and phone in a timely, warm, and professional manner.
- Convert inbound leads into confirmed bookings through consultative selling by understanding guest needs, recommending suitable packages, and handling objections confidently.
- Maintain a healthy lead pipeline, follow up on warm leads, and ensure no enquiries are missed.
- Coordinate with on-ground resort teams to ensure seamless pre-arrival and post-booking communication..
- Support user-generated content (UGC) efforts by encouraging guests to share their experiences and tag the property.
- Assist in managing booking calendars and coordinate with operations for special guest requirements.
- Handle post-stay follow-ups, manage reviews, and nurture relationships for repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and customer interactions in shared tools or CRM systems.

Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
- Have minimum 1 years of experience in customer support
Other requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality sales, or a travel/lifestyle brand.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
- Comfortable using Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp for business communication.
- Strong sales instinct with the ability to listen, build rapport, and close without being pushy.
- Warm, empathetic, and detail-oriented with a guest-first mindset.
- Well-organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Comfortable working with CRMs, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
- Passion for travel, hospitality, or the outdoors is a strong advantage.
Salary
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
