Overview

We are seeking a proactive, energetic, and customer-focused Customer Outreach & Customer Service Representative to join our team.

This role is primarily focused on outbound customer outreach, including contacting existing customers and potential B2B clients to strengthen relationships, follow up on opportunities, introduce products, and support business growth.

The ideal candidate is confident making outbound calls, comfortable building customer relationships, and motivated to engage prospects in a professional office environment.

In addition to outreach activities, this role will also support inbound customer service by responding to inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with customer service and outreach / inside sales experience who enjoys communication, relationship-building, and business development support.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Outreach / Business Development Support (Primary Focus)

  • Proactively contact existing customers to maintain relationships, follow up on ongoing opportunities, and support repeat business
  • Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to potential B2B customers to introduce company products and services
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, quotations, and customer communications in a timely manner
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities through outbound outreach efforts
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the company system
  • Support sales and business development initiatives through customer engagement

Customer Service Support (Secondary Focus)

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels
  • Provide product information, order support, and general customer assistance
  • Manage customer concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate internally with team members to resolve customer issues promptly

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer outreach, inside sales, telesales, lead generation, business development support, or customer service
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging customers proactively
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple follow-ups effectively
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site during standard business hours
  • Experience with B2B customer communication is strongly preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • Mandarin is preferred
