Porsche Ontario General Sales Manager Job Description Porsche Ontario is actively seeking a General Sales Manager Candidates must possess excellent customer CRM and follow up skills while maintaining the highest level of CSI with the manufacturer Candidate must have positive team oriented mentality and the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Applicants should also be self motivated and a fast learner Responsibilities Meet monthly forecast for sales volume sustaining sufficient gross to meet profit objectivesDevelop and maintain strong business relationships with local businesses and retail consumersFollow up on daily CRM objectives with the current sales staffAssist in closing deals if necessaryMotive and Lead Sales TeamManage New and Used Car InventoryEnsure salespeople are informed of all new inventory and current advertising efforts including rebates and incentivesWork with the General Manager to forecast monthly sales expensesEnhance customer satisfaction during the entire purchase experiencePartner with the Financial Services Department to develop and coordinate best practices for the most efficient and effective sales approachWorking knowledge and the importance of online reputationOther duties may be assigned by managementQualifications 5 years new car franchise Sales Management REQUIREDStrong understanding of Finance Department operationsAbility to work independently and be self motivatedStrong take charge leadership attitude with a record of team building to include recruiting training and motivatingA complete understanding of all E commerce CRM and consistent follow up regiment Momentum CRM experience a PLUSPorsche or High Line experience a PLUSGreat attitude with a high energy personalityExcellent customer service skillsProfessional appearance and work ethicAbility to work well in a process driven environmentOutstanding communication skills in both verbal and writtenNote A virtual interview is a required step in our initial screening processBilingual a PLUSCollege degree or experience preferredValid driver licenseApplicant must be able to pass a background and drug screeningWages &
