Role Overview:

We are seeking a Project Manager (PMP Certified) to lead and coordinate cross functional projects involving hardware and software development. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and proven experience delivering complex engineering projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, execute, and oversee end to end project lifecycles for hardware and software development initiatives.

· Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.

· Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans & budgets using tools such as Microsoft Project or equivalent

· Coordinate between engineering, design, procurement & quality teams to ensure seamless execution.

· Identify and manage project risks, dependencies changes, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

· Conduct status meetings, progress reporting, and ensure project documentation is complete and up to date.

· Foster continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.

· Ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in both hardware and software development.

Required Skills & Competencies:

· Proficiency with Microsoft Project, JIRA, or other project management tools.

· Solid understanding of product development lifecycles (prototype to production).

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Attributes

· Experience in medical devices, electronics, or embedded systems projects.

· Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

· Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress effectively.

· Strong multitasking and time management abilities.

· Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing responsibilities.
