Role and Responsibilities of Retail Operations Manager:

• Oversee customer service standards to ensure customer needs and concerns are resolved in accordance with company guidelines.
• Ensure effective merchandise presentation, inventory accuracy, pricing integrity, and sales forecasting.
• Support and lead Academy training environments by fostering engagement, mentoring trainees, and promoting a high-performance culture.
• Initiate and participate in community outreach programs, serving as a company representative with external organizations and media.
• Build internal and external partnerships to support business strategies, community involvement, and organizational goals.
• Promote continuous improvement by adopting new technologies, supporting change initiatives, and encouraging ongoing learning.

Required Skills and Experience of Retail Operations Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least two years of general management experience, including financial accountability.
• At least four years of experience supervising a minimum of 50 nonexempt and five exempt associates, including hiring, mentoring, performance management, and termination responsibilities.
• Alternatively, four years of general management experience with financial accountability and equivalent supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams in complex, high-demand environments.
• Strong analytical, financial, and operational decision-making skills.

Compensation and Benefits of Retail Operations Manager:

• Annual salary range of $110,000.00 to $170,000.00, with differentials applied where required by legislation.
• Eligibility for annual or quarterly performance-based bonus awards.
• Additional compensation opportunities may include regional pay zone and complex structure adjustments.
