• Advocate for patient-centered care, adapting to diverse patient needs and backgrounds\n
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in patient care, from counseling to processing prescriptions and administering immunizations\n
• Participate in community outreach and events, including regular Wellness Days\n
• Provide guidance and support to pharmacy staff on customer service approaches\n
• Understand and manage the business aspects of the pharmacy, from inventory control to compliance\nQualifications and Experience of Staff Pharmacist:\n
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree\n
• Pharmacy license (required by job entry date)\n

• Annual salary range: $98,000.00 to $172,000.00\n
