Asset Protection and Security Specialist

Safeguard assets as a proactive Asset Protection Associate. Focus on security measures, loss prevention strategies, and effective communication to foster a secure shopping environment.

You will ensure security by patrolling the store and validating that all security measures are operational. Investigating instances of theft and shrink is key, alongside supporting store emergency procedures and collaborating with management on findings. Your role will also include participating in team responsibilities and managing diverse investigative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily store security patrols
• Investigate financial and physical loss incidents
• Support evacuation and emergency protocols
• Engage in theft and organized retail crime investigations
• Present findings and clarify issues effectively

Requirements

• Age requirement: 16 years or older
• Must possess a Security Guard License
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with various investigative sources
• Willingness to learn and adapt to challenges
