Job Description
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints
- Drive sales targets and maximize store profitability
- Supervise, train, and motivate store staff
- Maintain attractive visual merchandising displays for silver jewellery collections
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and coordinate replenishment
- Ensure proper handling and security of jewellery items
- Process sales transactions, billing, and cash handling accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
