Pedagogical Development Administrator Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide professional development plans for faculty
• Manage faculty council meetings and agendas
• Support curriculum development aligned with principles

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
• At least 10 years teaching experience in Waldorf settings
• Proven educational leadership or administrative experience
• Familiarity with educational standards and accreditation
• Excellent collaboration and outreach skills
