**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients — providing a professional and friendly experience
- Support administrative functions across departments to allow teams to focus on core priorities.
- Project Administration functions supporting the projects teams compiling data and entry for project billings.
- Procuring materials and issuing purchase orders for projects and internal maintenance.
- Manage office equipment (e.g., photocopiers) including maintenance and renewals.
- Coordinate ordering and renewal of phones and cell phones.
- Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks, with potential to support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages.
- Assist the Health & Safety department with scanning, filing, and updating safety records.
- Support general administrative tasks including photocopying, filing, and document management.
- Ensure monthly customer statements are prepared and sent out on time.
- Provide logístical support such as booking accommodations and ordering company swag and supplies.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous administrative experience in a multi-functional role is preferred.
- Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge is an asset.
- Strong computer skills and experience with data entry.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.
- Resourceful and capable of taking initiative with mínimal supervision.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12-18 months
Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
