As a Sales Executive in the healthcare sector, your role will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within hospitals, health systems, and staffing agencies. Additionally, you will deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations to HR, talent acquisition, and compliance leaders in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads within the healthcare sector
- Conduct discovery calls and demonstrate the benefits of our ATS
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline progress in CRM
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams
- Lead contract negotiations, handle objections, and close deals to meet sales targets
- Stay updated on healthcare recruiting trends, compliance requirements, and competitor products
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS, HR tech, or ATS sales experience, with at least 1 year in healthcare
- Strong knowledge of healthcare industry and recruitment workflows
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Ceipal, Jobdiva, etc.

- Experience selling into hospitals, health systems, or healthcare staffing agencies
- Understanding of healthcare compliance and credentialing requirements
