Opening For Sales Coordinator - Logistic Company - Nagpur

Role & responsibilities

• Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination, documentation, and administrative task
• Prepare and manage rate quotes, proposals, and contracts for transportation services
• Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure service feasibility and accuracy
• Maintain and update customer records, pricing, and sales data in CRM systems
• Track sales leads, opportunities, and follow-ups to ensure timely responses
• Assist in on boarding new customers and communicating service details
• Monitor customer requests, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary
• Generate sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries

Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Business, logistics, supply chain, or related field (preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, logistics, transportation, or customer support
• Strong understanding of transportation, freight, or logistics operations
• Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel, and MS office tools
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales and operations teams
• Analytical skills for pricing, reporting, and data tracking
