Job Description

Job Summary

The UX Designer will be responsible for ensuring user-centered design solutions that align with business goals and enhance the overall user experience for insurance-related digital products. This includes conducting user research creating personas mapping user journeys wireframing prototyping and usability testing. The UX Designer will also facilitate design thinking workshops to foster collaboration uncover user needs and drive innovative problem-solving across cross-functional teams.

Location:Regina Saskatchewan Canada

Responsibilities

  • Create wireframes mockups and interactive prototypes for insurance-related digital products.
  • Develop detailed user flows and service blueprints to identify friction points and opportunities for improving the end-to-end insurance experience.
  • Work closely with product managers developers business analysts and compliance teams to ensure UX designs align with business goals technical feasibility and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote a user-first mindset across the organization by sharing insights mentoring team members and contributing to the development of product guidelines and design systems.

Required Skills & Certifications:

  • Must have previously worked with SGI on the research and design of the custom-built SGI Auto Fund DRIVE Platform
  • Certification in human-centered design interaction design visual design or related field
  • 3 years of related experience with user interface design product delivery and design workshop facilitation
