Job Description
Role Purpose
The HRBP, L&D & OD Manager will partner with business leaders to drive people strategy, talent development, and Learning effectiveness. The role will focus on strengthening leadership capability, building a high-performance culture, and implementing OD interventions aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Business Partnering
- Partner with plant/business leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives
- Drive workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and talent management
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and engagement
- Support change management and organizational restructuring initiatives
- Drive culture-building and employee engagement initiatives across plant locations
2. Learning & Development (L&D)
- Design and implement annual learning strategy aligned to business priorities
- Identify training needs through TNI/TNA and performance insights
- Drive leadership development programs for frontline to senior leadership
- Build capability development programs for manufacturing workforce
- Manage training calendar, vendor partnerships, and training effectiveness measurement
- Drive digital learning and competency-based development framework
3. Organization Development (OD)
- Drive organizational effectiveness initiatives
- Implement performance management and goal setting frameworks
- Lead succession planning and talent review processes
- Drive employee engagement surveys and action planning
- Facilitate leadership workshops, team effectiveness interventions
- Support culture transformation initiatives
4. Talent Management
- Drive high potential identification and development
- Implement career pathing and succession planning
- Build competency framework for manufacturing roles
- Support internal mobility and leadership pipeline development
5. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Drive engagement initiatives across plant and corporate teams
- Partner with leaders to improve employee experience
- Drive retention and attrition management initiatives
- Lead diversity & inclusion initiatives
Location: Whitefield (5 days work from office)
