Job Description
As an L & D Manager and Coordinator at a 1200-Bedded Teaching & Tertiary Care Hospital in Nagpur, Maharashtra, your role will involve planning, conducting, and coordinating training programs for clinical and non-clinical staff in compliance with NABH, NAAC, and statutory training requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute induction, orientation, and refresher training programs for various staff categories
- Conduct soft skills, behavioural, communication, and customer service training
- Coordinate mandatory trainings such as Fire & Safety, Infection Control, BLS, Code Blue, and Patient Safety
- Support CME, CNE, and academic training programs for teaching hospital requirements
Coordination & Compliance:
- Prepare annual training calendar aligning with NABH and hospital policies
- Coordinate with department heads for training nominations and schedules
- Maintain training attendance records, feedback forms, and effectiveness reports
- Ensure training documentation is audit-ready for NABH / NAAC inspections
Training Records & MIS:
- Maintain training databases, trackers, and monthly MIS reports
- Track training hours per employee and compliance percentages
- Assist HR in identifying training needs through performance reviews and audits
Qualification Required:
- Female candidate only
- Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Hospital Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in Training & Development within a hospital or healthcare organization
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of NABH standards, hospital policies, and healthcare training norms
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation
