JOB OPENING Head - Finance (CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT)

Position Overview A leading multi-specialty hospital and academic healthcare institution is seeking a high-caliber Chartered Accountant (5+ years of post-qualification experience) to lead Finance & Accounts as a strategic partner to senior management.

This is a leadership-level opportunity for a finance professional who can drive governance, financial discipline, compliance excellence, and long-term institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complete Finance & Accounts operations.
• Drive financial strategy, cost control, and profitability optimization.
• Ensure full statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax).
• Oversee internal controls, audits, and regulatory readiness.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
• Develop strong MIS reports and financial dashboards for management.
• Manage multi-unit accounting (Hospital / College preferred).
• Handle and mentor Accounts & Finance team.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (Mandatory).
• 5 10 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in Hospital / Medical College / Educational Institution accounts preferred.
• Strong exposure to taxation, statutory audits, and ERP systems.
• Proven leadership and team management capability.
