1. Role Purpose
The Manager – Export & Logistics is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring all export operations and logistics activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to international customers while complying with regulatory requirements.
- Manage end-to-end export operations including documentation, customs clearance, and shipment coordination.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA, and transporters.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, DGFT guidelines, and export documentation norms.
- Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Optimize logistics costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Sales, Finance) for smooth export operations.
- Handle export documentation such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve logistics-related issues, delays, or discrepancies.

5. Qualification & Experience
- - Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Master’s degree / MBA in Supply Chain or International Business (preferred)
- 5–10 years of experience in export and logistics operations
- Hands-on experience with export documentation and shipping procedures
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP systems is an advantage
