Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager - Schemes (ECHS, ESIC) at VPS Lakeshore Hospital, located in Kochi. The role involves overseeing the management of various healthcare schemes, including ECHS (Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme) and ESIC (Employees' State Insurance Corporation). Key responsibilities include coordinating with relevant authorities, ensuring compliance with applicable policies, managing claims processes, addressing patient inquiries related to the schemes, and streamlining hospital procedures to enhance efficiency. The manager will also develop strategies to improve operational effectiveness and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field 5–8 years in ESIC / ECHS handling Manage end-to-end operations for ESIC and ECHS, including billing, claim submission, rejection handling, and resubmissions.

Oversee portal operations, documentation, and ensure compliance with scheme guidelines, audits, and regulatory requirements.

Liaise with ESIC/ECHS authorities and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing and issue resolution.

Monitor claim status, follow-ups, revenue tracking, and outstanding collections while ensuring efficient team coordination.
