The role also involves identifying opportunities for cross-selling or assisting with relevant sales queries.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Experience, and Customer Service for effective communication and problem resolution
Experience in Sales and the ability to identify cross-selling opportunities
Capability to assist with Training activities aimed at enhancing team performance
Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity, professionalism, and empathy
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and resolve issues promptly
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred
Familiarity with chat support tools or CRM platforms is an advantage
