This person is the primary DBA but doing more than just DBA work
If someone has a super heavy DBA background and a bunch of SQL development experience, they wouldn't be a fit
Not going to be the right fit for someone that wants to be a pure DBA
50-50 between DBA and application support
Someone that knows how to troubleshoot issues with database performance
Helps out the systems team and help with sys admin work
Has knowledge of virtualization and hardware and those type of things.
90% of environment is virtualized
Some Azure with potential for AWS down the line. - AWS experience isn't necessary though
