Dedicated Home Care Assistant

Become a vital part of clients' lives as a Dedicated Home Care Assistant. Offer personal care, assist with daily activities, and maintain safety in the comfort of their homes on a part-time basis.

This role involves directly supporting clients with grooming, personal hygiene, and mobility challenges while ensuring their safety. You'll Plan nutritious meals and perform light household tasks. Flexibility is crucial as work hours will vary across days, evenings, and weekends to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support clients with personal care and hygiene
• Plan and prepare healthy meals
• Conduct light housekeeping duties
• Aid clients with mobility and transfers
• Maintain a safe environment for clients

Requirements

• Certification as Continuing Care Assistant (CCA)
• Relevant experience or provincial certification desired
• Current CPR/First Aid certification required
• Access to a reliable vehicle and valid license
• Criminal Records and Child Abuse checks necessary
