Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the custody and management of all funds
  • Sign and execute necessary agreements and documents
  • Direct disbursement of funds as per Board guidance
  • Present financial statements at Board meetings
  • Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by the Board

Requirements

  • Be of legal age according to provincial regulations
  • Necessary to undergo a background check
  • Strong skills in accounting and financial planning
  • Experience in budgeting and financial consulting desired
  • Proficient in financial analysis and literacy
