Role Overview: The Promotions Coordinator will work with the rest of the team to plan a variety of different promotions. These promotions would mostly be focused on promoting the BSSF’s school fundraiser & student leadership program; however, the role may also involve promoting other initiatives such as the sponsorship & spring program. The promotions coordinator will help manage the BSSF’s promotional budgets and plan mail, e‑mail, and social media promotions.

This role would last from April 2026 to January 2027. The role will be heavier during the spring/summer months and lighter in the late fall months.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other team members to come up with creative promotion strategies
• Write business emails/letters to deliver to schools and possible sponsors promoting the BSSF
• Collaborate with graphic designers to help plan & design flyers
• Help organize the BSSF’s promotional budget
• Develop creative and innovative ideas for promotions
• Work with promotional timelines & deadlines, ensuring everything gets completed on time

Requirements

• Applicants must be grade school students in grades 7-12 during the school year.
• Experience in planning events/projects and marketing experience is recommended
