Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Call Center Agent to join our on-site team in Mumbai. As a Call Center Agent, your primary responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, offering support, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will interact with customers via calls, email, and other communication platforms, while maintaining accurate records of interactions. Collaboration with team members and adherence to company policies will be key to providing excellent service.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service Representative skills with a focus on delivering excellent Customer Satisfaction
• Proficient in handling Customer Support and resolving customer queries effectively
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills to build rapport with customers and team members
• Basic to advanced Computer Literacy, including CRM software and productivity tools
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional training or certifications considered a bonus
