#We are seeking an experienced Application Support professional with a strong background in Java–Spring Boot environments, cloud technologies, and production incident management. The role involves supporting critical applications, diagnosing complex issues, and ensuring stable operations across distributed systems, monitoring platforms, and deployment pipelines.
Provide application support for Java–Spring Boot applications across production and non-production environments.
Use AWS services and Terraform for cloud environment support and IaaC validation.
Analyse and troubleshoot deployment or pipeline-related concerns.
Utilise debugging tools, application monitoring platforms, and distributed logging systems.
Maintain security hygiene by monitoring IAM configurations and AWS audit logs.
Support a shift-based operational model, including occasional night shifts when required.
An individual with 4+ years of experience in supporting Java–Spring Boot applications.
Proficient in AWS cloud concepts and Terraform-based infrastructure provisioning.
Experienced with Grafana for monitoring dashboards and trace analysis.
Comfortable working in shifts, including night support when needed.
