We are seeking a responsive and customer-focused professional to support our front office operations on an on-call basis. This role involves handling after-hours and urgent service requests, ensuring timely coordination of services, and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and urgent service requests outside regular business hours.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and assess the urgency of each request.
- Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and service support with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide accurate information regarding services, order status, and expected timelines.
- Escalate critical or emergency issues to the appropriate personnel in line with company procedures.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of all communications and actions taken during on-call shifts.
- Ensure effective handover of pending tasks to the relevant team members.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service while managing multiple priorities.
