We are seeking a responsive and customer-focused professional to support our front office operations on an on-call basis. This role involves handling after-hours and urgent service requests, ensuring timely coordination of services, and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and urgent service requests outside regular business hours.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and assess the urgency of each request.
  • Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and service support with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide accurate information regarding services, order status, and expected timelines.
  • Escalate critical or emergency issues to the appropriate personnel in line with company procedures.
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of all communications and actions taken during on-call shifts.
  • Ensure effective handover of pending tasks to the relevant team members.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service while managing multiple priorities.
